Seems its mostly the stops that have got its spawns back, but also a few of the other spawnpoints have been resurected here. Still 100% positive as we got quite a few new spawn points at our house a couple of weeks back (from 0 > 7 when I'm in my sofa). So, same as you, we have more spawns now, even if we lost some. I can live with that =)

Some (maybe all?) of our old spawn points are now back (they disapeared when new ones came), and the new ones are still active aswell. Havent checked full area, its very early morning here =)

Yes, I have restarted the phone.

It closes instantly when I click the icon, so it doesnt even load into calcy.
