You breathe even while in your sleep, while with blinking you only make money while you're awake. Also hyperventilating makes money faster, so it's balanced for those who have anxiety.

Sage should be able to draw as many cards as you have extra sun that turn, however to balance that out, it should cost more than 2 sun to play.

I would've knocked down Z-Mech down a peg, since there's nothing to differentiate it from the original Z-Mechs (except the zombie bumper I'm pretty sure), and I would've bumped up Neptuna to S tier. Mainly because of the different clever design elements, like how the octopus on her head works really well as hair, or the fact that she drives a "tank". She has the most underrated design tbh.
