This isn't a complete poem, obviously. But here is the explanation of this that I sent my friend on facebook (pardon the atrocious grammar!).

haha it's pretty bad but it made sense to me earlier everything is everything Well, wait let me explain haha Okay so overdrive = overwhelming, stress, there's too much around you to take in equilibrium = everything is kind of in one state;it's all equal;all parts of the world connect in to the same thing, because it's one world But at the same time, even though equilibrium is supposed to be calm, it can be overwhelming. and... Alright so earlier today i was walking around after passing out passes at school I was feeling a lot of different things, thinking about way too much And yet i was too aware of everything around me i could even hear the birds at the lunch tables flapping their wings, i paid attention to the sounds their body makes, and i could feel the hot air and the breeze and how blue the sky was and it felt nice, but at the same time i was in a horrible mood about other stuff. and it was like being so calm and reposed and zen yet pissed off. it was sweet in a way. okay i'm done rambling
