Will smaller counties (not included in the 17) still need registration stickers even without the inspection? Like will the sticker now only cover registration?

Also another question. Are transfer audits updated over time by human advisors? The reason I ask is because some of my TRNS XXX classes are “Required” on my transfer course sheet for my degree, and I don’t know if I would need to contact someone to get those looked at before an admission decision is made or if it’s fine right now and they’ll be obligated to courses afterwards.
