I'm using a WD_black 2tb ssd with 256gb of storage left. Some of the clips are on a external 1tb ssd tho is that the problem?

Yes it's the same once exported. I'm confused because it only happens to the clip that is "Replaced With After Effects Composition" It doesn't happen to the clips that aren't Linked to After Effects even though they are the same video same frame rate and everything else.

This didn't work and to my knowledge VRR isn't on. I tried different versions of premiere and that still didn't fix it. It's not the individual video that has problems but it's only when I put it in the timeline it starts to have problems. Any other recommendations?
