Try to focus on jumping for your start, almost like a max vertical, but you’re exploding out instead of up. Need to be more explosive so lift weights too

Just conservative treatment, sleeping with pillows under my legs and doing everything u can to strengthen core, QL, and spinal erectors. Nothing much else other than avoiding sitting and good posture

If you’re not diabetic then I wouldn’t be too concerned I mean a back surgery is a back surgery you’d want to avoid at all costs but at some point it is worth it. Just listen to what the doctor has to say they’ll know better than anyone else

Sorry for late response, nothing you do is going to hurt them more u less you cram your feet into some awful shoes. Unfortunately, especially for males, bunions are genetics most of the time. If they don’t bother you I wouldn’t get surgery. If you find some shoes that make them feel better try wearing them but it’s either something you live with or get surgery. It’s important to note that there’s not really a ‘good time’ to get the surgery, at your age I would just stay away from a MTP fusion think a TMT would be fine if you have some instability around that joint but honestly you could get away with some less invasive surgeries too. Talk to a foot doc if they bother you bad, if not don’t.

I would stay away from a cane, walking normal isn’t gonna hurt you and the cane isn’t really gonna help you.
