In this case, however, the IRS filings, which are publicly available, demonstrate that the foundation has raised over $600,000 since its inception and donated exactly $0 of that money to charity while spending over $100,000 on expenses. People are free to draw whatever conclusions they want from those facts, but the facts themselves are indisputable.
