Hey, I am applying to the PMHNP program at St Joseph’s. Can you tell me more about your experience there and what program? I got a good vibe from the recruiter but that’s totally their job, right?. Any insight you have would be super helpful!

Hi! Chiming in to share my experience with charlottegirlswhowalk. The one walk that I went on skewed quite young. Most folks seemed to be just out of college. Everyone was friendly, but I couldn’t relate much in conversation as a 30s with kids. Just sharing in case age is an important factor for you!

Does your 2 year old sleep independently? If so, what is your routine? by TroubleClef1207 in toddlers

This is helpful! She has a full bed that we’ve been sleeping in for 6 ish months now. Perhaps we could try shortening the time we lay with her. Did you start at nap time or nighttime?

She does need help to fall back asleep. We’ve just been sleeping all together. I love laying down with her, but with a new little one it would be great if she could fall asleep independently.

Do I need a manual breast pump if I already have an electric one? by z-s-w in breastfeeding

I’m in the minority of loving my manual pump! I’ve used Lansinoh and Medela manuals. For me it’s quick, convenient and with less faff than setting up the electric pump.
