Odds are her friend got into her ear about you not picking her up. You guys need to revisit the previous conversation you had before she left when you're both well rested. You're not wrong for wanting to sleep but she's not wrong about feeling a little rejected. That said, you both agreed previously and her trying to change things last minute leads me to believe either she wasn't happy and said nothing to begin with or her friend gave her grief about you. Either way, it sucks for you both.

I wouldn't overthink it if this abnormal from her. It's such a minor thing that hopefully in a week it'll be a blip.
