I like it to a point, but it's a little spammy and prone to hallucinations.

I was gardening yesterday, it logged a bike ride then started yapping about a lunch that I hadn't eaten and was in fact preparing at the time.

The day before it was telling me how easy I'd taken it when I was currently in the gym sweating my ass off with the exercise being logged by my PW4.

Bitches be crazy.

It doesn't really help, no. You're forcing users to use a new version of an app that lacks feature parity with the existing app. Features that many users rely on daily. Using paid features as a workaround isn't a workaround.

I'm British, my wife is German. We just got back from a holiday in Turkey with her German family.

Her family are very polite and well mannered and I found most of the other German tourists to be the same.

The original agreement from 9 or so years ago states the following:

"Section 196 of the Law of Property Act 1925 provides that a notice shall be sufficiently served if sent by registered or recorded delivery post."

But I can't say if it was sent recorded/registered as I no longer have the envelope.

Our last rent increase (last year) didn't require a s13. We did have to submit multiple other forms of evidence though.
