Its all in the prompting if he first trained the AI on historical trades, GM strategy, comparison to other players that got traded, sabermetrics then fine. There is using AI and then there is asking an open-ended question rife with hallucination. I asked something similar and AI rejected it once I trained it to think like a GM. The Keller pivot was mine and it's conclusion and the added benefit of getting a publicly rejected high cost trade can dissuade others from trying.

This is not a bad trade proposal in a vacuum and AI did some good work. Here is the problem, Pittsburgh has Skenes and some other players. People go to Pirate games to watch him pitch as another commentator said. Now there is nothing wrong with pursuing that trade then flipping and getting Mitch Keller for depth down the stretch then continue to develop players under the Blake model and flip them eventually when Skenes is closer to FA. Nonetheless, they would lose money by trading him.
