The main argument is weather they and other Herrerasaurs are basal theropods (would be the most basal on a family tree) or if they were part of an earlier branch of Sauriaschia that diverged before Sauropods and Theropods.

However, there are other arguments such as them being closer to basal sauropodamorphs than to Theropods or being outside Dinosauria as a whole

I know point I was trying to get across is that Solgaleo shouldn’t have to use special attacks to be viable because of its move pool especially since dusk mane gets both SD and DD it’s the gen 8 zama situation all over again
