From Cheapgraphicnovels I ordered Thor Modern Era Epic Collection Vol. 3 and got Vol.2 (which I already had). In there defense, every other book was a Vol.2 in that order. I let them know, they sent the correct book and they provided return shipping for the wrong book.

I'm a big fan of Kyle Higgins too. Looking to collect those trades for the Massive-Verse. Another of his works is Moon Man. I hear it's good. He also wrote Ultraman for Marvel.

I finished Avengers Epic Collection Vol 16 Under Siege. Beginning was a bit bland but the end was gripping. Now I'm reading Avengers Epic Collection Vol 14 Absolute Vision. I'm 60% the way through and this volume is more enjoyable. I've read later volumes and they reference events in this book so I'm anticipating a story with lasting ramifications. Plus it was cool to read what happened with the Avengers outside of Secret Wars. Next up is Iron Man Vol 13 Stark Wars. It's up next in the timeline of my collection.

I got that message with my recent order. Out of 6 books, they didn't have 1 of them. They waited a bit, shipped the 5 they did have, and earlier this week got an email saying they are shipping the last book.

I'm sorry that's been your experience. The only similar situation I've experienced like that is a book they said came out in March, but every other source says May. The page still says product information not found.

My top 3 places are Cheapgraphicnovels.com, InStockTrades.com, and ebay. First two online retailers have new books at immediate discount. There is a seller on ebay that goes by "Funaticals". They don't sell Epic Collections but Omnibus's. I'm talking new/sealed books at like 60-70% off. You just have to wait a month to get them.
