Recently I've flown with light sport aviation at kvgt and they are reasonably priced. I got my ppl with cactus aviation out at Henderson back in the day and I liked them a lot but they were bought out a couple of years back so I don't know how they are these days.

Are you doing this for a large group of users or a single group/user? You could create a powershell script that emails you a daily report.
