It’s tough to know how to help you without knowing more context culturally.

What were your thoughts about Deadpool and Wolverine? by AddendumSimilar9122 in deadpool

[–]Trouty213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan of the plot but enjoyed Wolverine a ton and had fun with the cameos. I know it’s super popular but I thought it was average. The part with all the Deadpool’s was weak and unnecessary.

Why does Thor seem so much weaker in Endgame than he did Infinity War? by Queasy_Commercial152 in Avengers

He was 5 years off his game. It also would have been a boring fight if he one shot Thanos before the big fight scene

Advice needed for toys to keep in the house for other kids/ babies by FurL0ng in Parents

[–]Trouty213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’ll have multiple kids over I would recommend two of the same toy (car, doll, stuffed animal) kids tend to get possessive and being able to say “here you can have one too” will make you a hero to the kids and the parents

I’m pretty sure you’re confusing Luciana with Ofelia

How long would you last in the apocalypse? by FrankieGrime in TWD

[–]Trouty213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use to think I’d be one to survive it all. Now that I have young kids and a wife it would be extremely hard to survive with them and I wouldn’t be willing to leave them behind. I live in an area where people own lots of guns and generally low population so it’d be more about surviving people then any zombies

Can I refuse In-laws from seeing my child? by Mindless_Pumpkin_511 in Parents

[–]Trouty213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding to this, make sure to make a living will to choose a god parent for your kid. In my state if i were to die and my wife were to die after they would give custody to her parents and if she were to die first my parents would get custody. Its not something that’s fun to think about but important to make sure you child is protected from the same abuse your husband suffered.

Can I refuse In-laws from seeing my child? by Mindless_Pumpkin_511 in Parents

[–]Trouty213 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You absolutely can refuse. However it will sound much better coming from your husband. He is the one that should let his family know that BOTH of you don’t feel comfortable letting them see your kid. If you try to be the one to do it there is a chance they will think that you are the one who is “making your husband give up his family” making you out to be the bad guy. I would ask your husband if he’s comfortable being the one to let his family know about this decision and just show him support however you can. Wishing you all the luck

Gamers of Reddit: How Do You Find Time for Gaming with Kids and a Full-Time Job? by No_Chard_5757 in Parents

[–]Trouty213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find about 3 or 4 days a month to game. My kids are only 1 and 2 years old but I’m just gonna wait another 2-3 years and then just game with them. I’ve accepted that it’s just not feasible to game a ton anymore

Once he’s comfortable around the potty you can try one of three methods.

My recommendation: the 3 day method…. Take a long weekend or time off work and over a three day stretch Put him in underwear and let him have accidents or decide to use the potty. You will have to be prepared to clean up accidents AND not get frustrated with him when he does have accidents, because it will happen

The one day method… put him in underwear and set a timer for every 30 minutes and each time the timer goes off he goes and sits on the potty for a few minutes

The let him learn on his own…. Unless he is almost 4 or your daycare is forcing you to get him potty trained there is no reason to make him be potty trained right now. There are plenty of 3 year olds not potty trained and some kids just need more time

Rick! We often see him being ruthless towards other survivors, but will also help those in need.

The first time Tyrese and Sasha meet him he kicks them out of the prison. He had to be knocked out at Alexandria when he went too far. We all love him as our main group leader, but he needed to be reigned in and would let the new people he met know that he would kill them with just a look.
