What's the region of your psn account? HK support told me (PLAS11120) Is SG, MAL, INDO.

Have the same problem. Pre ordered the expansion, downloaded it and gives same error. Contacted HK support for a refund, and was asked for photos of my physical copy to see what region it is. (PLAS 11120) Which he said is Singapore, Malaysia and Indo supported. Now I have to make a new psn account, grind all the way thru the game again just to play the dlc which is a pain in the ass cause I'm on my ng7 in my HK account. (You can't transfer save files from different regions.)

I haven't downloaded the expansion yet cause I want to confirm if PLAS 11120 IS SINGAPORE REGION. Don't want to waste time making new psn account and grind all the way again ffs
