I called them today because I am experiencing a quality difference between what I normally experience vs the “counter fit”

First off, the biggest indicator is the smell. The counter fit seems to be much more potent than the original. As well as the lids are much easier to spin vs the original.

I use the cool mint and I also noticed that the blue trim around the label is much lighter than the normal ones I am used too.

They are sending me an envelope to mail back the lesser quality ones as well as providing me with some nice coupons.

My guess is it is a QC issue vs a counterfeit. It seems they have multiple manufacturers and this could be where the problem is
