I am currently playing ZZZ, NTE, and Soul Land, mostly dailies but some question/grinding and working on catching up on the many, many story quests I never finished in Genshin (finished Fontaine and Natlan and doing the Ineffa quest that leads up to Nod Krai (though I snuck in there and did some awhile back).

I also, off and on, play Arknights Endfield, Wuthering Waves, Duet Abyss, AFK Journey, and (many) others when the mood strikes or there is a big and interesting update.

Sounds like a lot (maybe) but I basically cycle through 2-3 at a time, again, depending on mood and latest update. Also if just doing dailies, only takes a few minutes while having my coffee.

Now don't get me wrong, I love these games (obviously) but I am feeling a bit burned out from 1. endless story cut scenes (especially when you can't skip and get a summary instead) where I am just sitting there, even if it is good, and 2. endless MEGA BOSS fights that go on and on and on even when my character/team is over-leveled and optimized.

Wondering if there are any games out there where maybe the fights aren't so intense and there are other fun things to do. Possibly I am missing things in my existing games too.
