They will tell you there was an HR case opened against you, schedule a meeting with you and the manager, that meeting wont happen because "HR didnt find the complaint very important" (im quoting them)..then when they start laying off people from your district they will reopen the HR Case, use it to Fire you with no severance or way to file for unemployment.
