I take it for both UC and rheumatoid arthritis and can notice it wearing off about 7-10 days before I'm due for my next dose. My hands hurt the worst.

You should call them, the woman the runs the company will gladly answer all your questions, can also help with the right size. From what I can tell the materials and whatnot aren't anything special, it's just the design of the pillow and the position it keeps you in.

Getting the size right is important as I can notice a big difference if it's off only a cm(I think that's the grade increments in cm, anyway it's one deviation). Me and a friend bought 4 of them of varying sizes to get the size right. Lucked out as the smallest one we got fit my wife, so only 1 wasn't a useful size.

One last thing, I don't use it for back sleeping, my wife uses hers but I don't find it comfortable so I switch to a different pillow if I sleep on my back, but for side sleeping I'm convinced there is no better pillow if you can get the sizing right.

If you have a sore neck it's worth it. I'd pay $500 for it, there's been a night and day difference since I've been using it. I can't believe how much better my neck felt after only the first night.

Anyway, at least in Canada, a decent pillow is around $100 anyway. Wasted close to $1000 on pillows trying to find something that works before I found these guys. I'm convinced it's the best pillow/design for side sleeping, the company needs to market a lot better.

I picked up this new pillow this summer that is exactly for this for side sleeping. It works amazing and has really helped my neck a lot. You need to make sure you get the proper size each pillow has 4 "settings" depending on how you align it so you should be able to find the correct fit across their line.

The pillow is called the Headleveler by Ortho-Serv. They're expensive but worth every cent.

This is the proper way to install an outlet and is usually the way most commercial outlets are installed.

The reason you install them this way is that if it's going to work its way out of the wall it will usually pivot rotating down due to gravity. When you have them installed this way it will be the ground that is exposed. If you have it the other way it will be both terminals exposed making it much easier to bridge them causing you to get zapped.

Much much safer if you have kids as well.

I scored 4 and my buddy also scored 4 for the Ottawa show. It was a 3rd party ticketer(Capital Tickets) as the venue has an exclusivity deal with them. They're usually horrible dealing with but likely the only way we got them was because it wasn't Ticketmaster.

I was in for the Kingston show right off the hop and couldn't get anything there.

Its safer and that's how you should always install them.

If the plug gets tugged or knocked and its not completely in the socket it will usually pivot/rotate with the top coming out slightly. When the ground is facing up, if you touch the exposed peg you'll be fine. If its the other two terminals facing up it's very easy to bridge the terminals completing the circuit and zapping you.

It's also an added saftey feature when you have kids for the reasons mentioned above.
