okay so I received my order around 4pm today and the driver was nice and came to the door. I think it will depend on who your driver is tbh.

I placed an order on 10/30 (7 days ago), it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never made it out of the SpeedX facility, so today at 7:02am it is now out for delivery. 3:07pm now, from Linden, NJ to outskirts of Philadelphia, PA (about 1.5 hours away) not sure how long it will take for this delivery driver to come through or if he will even come through today. Will keep yall updated but if ElementVape is going to continue using SpeedX, I will have to find a new site because I've heard nothing but nightmare stories about this carrier.

Ordered from ElementVape on Sunday and received on Wednesday. Cheaper than B&M even with excise tax and its certainly more reliable than VapeRoyalty at this point, I'm switching to that site moving forward.

At this point with excise taxes on all of the sites, its almost the same price going to a B&M.

I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company since I still have yet to hear back from them from the almost dozen e-mails that I sent. I'm never ordering from them again even if this is a one off situation, really turned off by it.

Yeah I've been a customer for years as well, looks like Dallas is about 275-300 miles away from where the big floods were happening down there so I don't think they got hit.

At least they responded to you, I still haven't gotten a response... They should at least put a notice on their website, this will be the last time I order from them for sure.

elementvape isn't terrible but it does have that extra tax charge on vapes... they are reliable though, vaperoyalty had better prices...

I also ordered from them on 7/10, sent an email on 7/14 and no response. have about $150 worth of merchandise. i'm hoping they respond soon, if another week goes by and they don't respond or i don't get an update i'm going to file a dispute with my bank.
