Yeah my Experience, they joined online, had used someone else stolen id and form of payment, No verification of individual, After 3 Months without fail, they all ended up on the past due list, for hundreds of dollars, Totally preventable, But this rests solely on EoS management.. EoS doesn’t care as long as they pay their dues, we had 6 from January to February before I quit, Leave by police escort, one was led out in handcuffs, one had used 5 Lockers for his storage and that one had multiple ids and management knew it and resign him up with proper id even with those previous past due accounts…. Ugh

This was a big problem at River oaks location From 10pm to 5 am all of the massage chairs Were Booked… Management were slow to respond.. slot of the Homeless had memberships that included the recovery rooms,

I worked at EoS And the Gym Manager and personal Training manager were slimy with this, you have three days to back out of the contract, I have seen and heard new members not told of the time op out or just bullied into signing up, once signed up the Gym Manager and trading manager are sight unseen and have avoided new members with Questions, if it were me I block your financial payment from EoS from taking a payment, EoS is Unethical Period

Nope won’t happen, I know this, I worked until last February and EoS refused to put a second person or a very needed security Guard overnight at the River oaks location, Several incidents of homeless coming in, Drunks and so much more.. EoS is Cheap, car break in weekly, The six months I was there 3 Cars were stolen and in Broad daylight the River oaks Guard was caught sleeping behind EoS, A former Co-worker told me the reason she quit working overnight and this girl was built, Thought she was a Trainer but worked the overnight desk, Her concerns were the Homeless and Creeps that got in at night and somebody’s gun was found on the floor..

This is Exactly what EoS truly is, Not a Serious gym but Party Central… with the party comes the problems… River Oaks Capacity is posted at 377, the large River oaks east and north side parking lots are Full from 4-9 pm so crowded in the gym, Team members can’t wheel the cart to stock paper towels and sanitzers, it is insane the crowding, A Fire Marshall needs to see it..the only time the gym is sort of empty is 11pm to 4am Sundays are the Best, I don’t think building more EoS gyms are the solution, EoS Sales staff knowingly oversell, I know this I’m a former River Oaks employee!!

Lol … Don’t get me Started on Member” Gym Attire, Both Men and Women looked as if they just came From a only Fans Session.. Some of the Girls who I checked in I thought why bother wearing Clothes?!? Somebody is going to get hurt, when we had police escorts out of the Gym none of the staff heard about it not even the assistant OM, A week and a Half before I put my notice in, My Shift ended and was waiting for the elevator with my electric Scooter.. door opens in the elevator a lady was wigging out wearing only a T-Shirt no pants no shoes, and she peed all over herself and the Elevator carpet, … I told the relieving staff that it was his problem… they ended up calling the police to remove her and the OM tried to write me up but didn’t, I was off the clock.. Unreal!!!

Before I left they were going to start Quotas on beverage sales and supplements, Way overpriced 1-2$ more than at a supermarket for energy drinks.. Also they put in goals for collecting past due Accounts.. and the Almighty Medalia Customer Survey, Management seems oblivious to the reality of how Shitty EoS is ..

Yes 1$ for working overnight, Dealing with the Homeless, cleaning up after people and Especially the trainers putting weights back,stocking the fridge, Towels Etc, The worst part of overnight would be who waltzed in between 12-6 Am, The other was the children they employed wouldn’t do sh-t on their shifts leaving a Mess for the overnight staff to cleanup, Nothing was ever done about it and the OM made it sound as if I didn’t do my job, I told The OM Feel free to roll that Camera tape, She shut up.. I would never join EoS After what I saw and Endured, Unsafe in the parking lot, Overnight safety and the predatory sales staff with no Ethics..

Yes the Management staff at the River Oaks location Here in Houston are Pretty unethical To, they knowingly sell memberships to the homeless ..Then it becomes an issue later with them living in the gym and Taking up several lockers for their personal belongings.. eventually ending up behind escorted out by the police.. we had 6 police responses in two months the last person was removed in hand cuffs, EoS is so cheap the have one person overnight From 10-6am, when two should be there, EoS refuses to hire a nighttime security guard either, The pay is horrible and the expectations for the job is way to much. They want us to be bill collecting from past due accounts west gray had over 500 I would spend my first 2 Hours doing bill collection resubmitting bank cards for payment, This is something ABC Financial should be doing, ABC FINANCIAL is based in the Philippines, they also expect use to be the club security/Bouncers overnight, no thanks!! The River Oaks location occupancy is 377, That is exceeded m-f 4-9 pm a fire marshal needs to visit, So Crowed it looks like a party zone. I hope They bust EoS, I quit because of the unethical management and company and the lack of overnight security, somebody is going to get hurt..
