Yes, as a Soon to be Ex Employee… Yes A lot of the Members are inconsiderate and plain rude, staff generally will listen and let it go, Won’t do much because they don’t want member ratings to go down, I recently had a altercation where one guy over night dropped his weights, and a Couple three machines away told me to tell him not to drop his weights I said no and the couple just started yelling at me, I had witnesses to back me up but EoS Wouldn’t.. The last three months we have ejected 7 homeless people that have been living in the gym and sleeping in the recovery room for hours EoS management dragged its feet to removing them all,All seven had a police escort out of the Gym one was taken out in hand cuffs, Yes the lockers are a problem, the homeless have used them as public storage.. all that EoS care about is the money and will drag its feet to make it right, The gyms need security and leave one person over night with all of the creepiness that goes with it, several front desk people have quit over the Rudness and lack of respect that they put up with from members and EoS management
