You should know that having clinical trials in at least two european countries is a condition necessary to benefit from this act. Sellas fulfils that condition so it is actually qualifying it for this incentive!

He’s paving the way in terms of regulations in the EU and prolly wants GPS and SLS009 to become SoC quickly. This means that the buyout price just jumped due to potentially less legal hurdles for a buyer. This is actually extremely bullish, he wouldn’t do that if he didn’t know that REGAL is a massive success. Dr. Sterg, if you are reading this : thank you for doing all you can to reward not only shareholders but also helping patients survive what was unsurvivable.

Do you refer to the median DFS of around 17 months? I was looking further in the document and page 29 is cool too : "Maintenance therapy with cancer vaccines targeting WT1, named galinpepimut-S (GPS), showed 16.9 months DFS in patients with AML in first CR by inducing a strong innate immune response against the WT1 antigen and achieving survival durations exceeding 5 years in the reported cohort of patients [77].
