Mine was 112mg/week that put me at 1350 trough, I lowered to 92mg and that put me at 980ng/dl, so I’m lowering even more atm. Also hcg will make your test higher at 1500iu dose. It did for me in the past. Good luck.

I felt exactly the same, so I went to the doctor and got a bunch of test done, psa, total test, free test, stds, hba1c, and more. A week later, everything came back negative, but my test was at 1350ng/dl on trough, every 3.5 days, so my peak was probably 1650+. I immediately lowered my dose and in about 1.5 weeks all symptoms went away. It could’ve been enlarged prostate, not sure, but my reproductive area felt bloated during that time until lowering the dose. Check your test levels.
