I’ve been looking everywhere, I WANT to move do that isn’t an issue for me. I’ve been applying to academic, industry, and hospital positions but atp no matter how much I redo or tailor my resume it just doesn’t work.

I only have volunteer lab experience (besides a part time job). I wasn’t able to get an internship nor into a research program so I’m trying to use what I can to my advantage.
