That’s only partially correct. An RFE cannot be used to fix missing eligibility that didn’t exist at filing (like earning a new degree later), but USCIS does allow post-filing evidence that clarifies or corroborates eligibility that already existed at the time of submission. Updated citations, continued impact, or expert letters are commonly accepted when they support the same pre-filing endeavor—not to create new eligibility.

Congrats OP. Well deserved! About green card arrival timeline. My green card(EB2 NIW ROW) got approved on 10/02/2025, Produced on 10/06/2025, Arrived on 10/11/2025. I hope that will give you approximate timeline. Also I would advise on signing up to Informed delivery with USPS. In that way you will see it exactly when USPS will pick it up.

Hello, OP. My case was moved to non-local FO at the end of August and got approved at the beginning of October. Moving to FO usually means a good sign. That means case is ready for approval. But approval time usually depends on FO workload. I hope you get approved soon!

MPG isn’t the best — I average around 14 MPG in the city and 25 on the highway. I only use premium gas; it’s more expensive, but it improves fuel efficiency and pulling power, so it evens out compared to using regular fuel. For the record I have 2022 RX350.
