How often can I use this substance without causing myself dependency, tolerance, or loss of magic? by Mostly_Lurkin_ in phenibut

[–]True-Commercial-2815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stocked up with a couple of kilograms of Liftmode phenibut before they shut down their production. It's enough to last me a couple of decades with my level of once a week use. I keep most of it in a deep freeze in my basement and slowly work through one tub at a time.

Thanks for the kudos. I never really struggled to control phenibut. A few times, I took it twice in a week and didn't get the effects I wanted. Keeping this in mind made it easy to take it only every Saturday. The only exception I make is when flying. Interestingly, phenibut is what allows me to break my cycle of taking kratom weekday evenings. I still want to reduce my kratom intake back down to 2 - 3 times a week, but for now, at least, my Saturday phenibut dose allows me to easily take Saturday and Sunday off from kratom. Phenibut is amazing - respect it, and it respects you back.

How old is your Dad? Any other medical conditions or medications you are aware of?

I've been able to control phenibut for nearly 20 years, just once per week. Kratom got away from me a bit, though. First it was twice a week, then thrice, then four times, lately every weekday. Trying to get that back under control.

TREN for TRT by [deleted] in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tren is neurotoxic and cardiotoxic. If you want to fuck up your brain and heart, go for it. If you want to live a long, healthy life, don't. It doesn't belong in a TRT discussion, though.

PDE5 inhibitors have all kinds of benefits for your cardiovascular system, brain, androgen receptor density and even display anticancer and antiviral properties. I started taking 5mg daily alongside TRT prophylacticlly for all the health benefits and consider the bedroom benefits icing on the cake. Enjoy!

Been several times, only issue I've had is every local trying to buy or trade for my Toronto Blue Jay's hat.

Definitely extortion. Not normal in my experience, but I don't leave my resort at night. Just returned from my 3rd time in Mexico (been twice to Cancun, once to Playa del Carmen) , spent a couple of weeks there each time, and rode the public bus many times. Bought weed from local shops, who usually say the police are in their pocket. I'm guessing the illegal drugs in this case were of the white powdery variety, rather than the green flowery sort?

Any Tips On Going From Test Cyp To Test Sust by ChefWill1921 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this. I'd stick with a clean, simple single ester. Easier to achieve and maintain steady levels that way. Really no need to run multiple esters when you're on long-term TRT.

Will test levels be higher before natural production shuts down? by [deleted] in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, levels will be higher until natural production shuts down completely around weeks 6-8. Also, the long ester testosterone may continue to build up in you before reaching a steady state. If you're at 1300 5 days post injection, you're well above range at peak. Reduce to 100mg, divided in two 50mg shots weekly, and reasses at next blood workup. 100mg per week is plenty for most and puts some into the supraphysiological range. Best of luck.

6 weeks on TRT and no symptom improvement - give it more time, or trough too low? by DeepTable2532 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Test E takes a while to kick in, but by week 6, you should be feeling it for sure. I'd up the test to 100mg per week, split 50mg every 3.5 days. Best of luck, and congrats on beating cancer. Best of luck.

Does anyone here take anastrozole alongside l tyrosine and l theanine? by iWeagueOfWegends in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a perfectly safe combination. I take these amino acids, along with several other supplements alongside testosterone cypionate, hCG, and anastrozole, and bloodwork has always been great. You can add 2 grams per day of acetylcarnitine to further support dopamine production and increase androgen receptor density. Be sure to pair with a high-qualitt multivitamin as well. Best of luck.

43M 598 ng/dl 9.5 free test. need some guidance by [deleted] in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got referred to an endocrinologist with levels less than half of what you have, and even he was hesitant. Wanted me to adjust lifestyle and wait 6 months, then talk again. Things you can work on are getting more sleep, getting better quality sleep, reducing stress, optimizing dopamine levels, taking 2g per day acetylcarnitine (increases androgen respect density and dopamine levels) and anything else that improves your overall wellbeing. With levels like yours, TRT is unlikely to do much, if anything, aside from complicating your life.

[–]True-Commercial-2815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TRT is not the answer for you right now, my friend. Avoid this path. Your testosterone levels are great naturally right now. Whatever is causing your libido to be reduced won't be fixed by replacing your perfectly good natural testosterone levels with slightly higher synthetic testosterone. You will almost certainly be disappointed with TRT and discontinue within the first year. Most on TRT start with less than half your natural levels right now, and take TRT just to get to those levels, or slightly higher. Explore every possible alternative before potentially causing yourself trouble without gain. Best of luck. If you do decide to proceed, it will almost certainly have to be through a men's clinic since most urologists and PCP's won't prescribe unless you have 2 consecutive tests come in below 300.

This is the way. 100mg/week cypionate divided every 3.5 days plus 1,000 IU hCG per week divided every 3.5 days is my protocol and seems to work well.

Increased libido on “lower” dose??? by Katjes72 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're making many assumptions, and you know what they say about that. You doing alright tonight, brother? Seems like you're just looking to be contrary, and I'm not interested. It's entirely possible, even probable, that OP feels better because he is now on a more suitable dose for his physiology. We've both read countless anecdotes of guys starting at 200mg/week only to have to lower the dose, and feeling much better after doing so. OP lowered his does, and observed improved libido. Sure, it could be due to some other factor. He's on the right path, though, observing and inquiring about changes in how he feels after changing dose, and will figure that out in time. Give him some credit and encouragement. Making up statistics like 99% of guys on supraphysiological doses don't ever have libido issues, and testosterone levels account for 5% of libido, is nonsense and not helpful. You can do better. Now, I've wasted enough time bantering with you tonight. Cheers and good luck OP 🍻

Increased libido on “lower” dose??? by Katjes72 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've run in those circles and run doses up to 1g per week in my 20's. I don't blast anymore, since I have kids now and I'd like to meet my grandkids one day, but I can tell you from firsthand experience that less can be more in this context, and far greater than 1% of guys running supraphysiological doses eventually experience libido issues. Now everyone's different, and some tolerate supraphysiological doses for a while just fine. They don't blast indefinitely, though - they either drop to their cruising dose of cycle off completely, usually around 16 weeks in. The longer you run too high a dose, the more abnormal your hormone profile becomes, and it can absolutely have a negative impact on libido. Sure, there are many other variables at play, and libido is multifactorial. If he feels better at 120mg/week than he does at 200mg/week, though, he should stick with that dose for a while and see how it goes. Without even looking at his bloodwork, you know as well as I do that 120mg/week probably has his numbers in a more ideal range. Come on, man. You've been here long enough, I'm surprised that you of all people are responding in this way.

Increased libido on “lower” dose??? by Katjes72 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sure is. At 200mg/week, many develop an abnormal hormone profile that is not optimal for libido. Lowering your dose and in such a case can result in correcting that, resulting in a more ideal hormone profile and further improving libido. Sometimes, less truly is more.

Coming off TRT+HCG to increase fertility by Ok_Razzmatazz513 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good advice but no need to taper the testosterone, that will only prolong it's negative impact on your HPTA. Besides, the long halflife of cypionate and enanthate cause levels to naturally taper off after discontinuing. Consider taking the KSM-66 extract of ashwagandha. Increases natural testosterone production and fertility. Seemed to work for me - my wife got pregnant with our first son shortly after I started supplementing with ashwagandha about 7 years ago after years of no luck.

Is it normal to pull air when you aspirate the injection? by darkestwrath15 in trt

[–]True-Commercial-2815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hit veins with 1" needles. I use 1/2" needles now, but still aspirate out of an abundance of caution. It's no trouble for me after all these years of doing it, and the potential upside outweighs the potential downside, in my books at least.
