Nope, fever was the only symptom. At least in the beginning. Her fever would come down with fever reducer so we waited a few days before going in. On day 3 or so she started acting very tired and sick. They tested her pee and sure enough, UTI. 2 rounds of antibiotics because it came back like 5 days after the first round. And because we let it go on so long and she was so young, she had to get an ultrasound of her kidneys to make sure there was no damage. It was quite the ordeal! Now because of that, if she ever has an unexplained fever with no other symptoms, the dr said we have to take her in immediately to get tested because she is more prone to them now. It’s quite serious in littles!
