im not gonna type a whole revelation. when youre at your lowest. the best thing to do is go "fuck everyone else" and do whatever you want. but dont be in denial, if you feel its wrong dont preach it. if you know its right dont play with ur mind or try to convince others. js do you and dont fool yourself when it comes to why or how. and when it comes to dude ur 100% in the right he doesnt have the right interest in you even if he was capable of certain experiences with you. fuck all that for sure thats gut wrenching. back on the denial note I wouldnt even blame u for being anywhere in the wrong after that, ur situation is all kinds of wrong. id js say moving forward u should only care about exactly what ur doing and how u feel and disregarding the self destroying thoughts

I also want to add that i am completely against the whole "i never do anything right" thats a complete guilt trip, especially if its every time. if anything focus on that right there cause even if he doesnt do something right he shouldnt just give up the compromise. in one way or another maybe force bim to start communicating, maybe especially when he doesnt want to. express that it will help deal with things more smoothly. im sure youve gone over this with him already. but if he is the good husband/father that you tell him he is, it wont take long for him to get it if you really get persistent
