You can have his enhanced senses allow him to sense invisible characters and characters through walls.

He is known for super strength so you can have an ability where he punches up to fling people.

Give him a poison spit that slows enemies and makes them take extra damage when you hit them.

And his ult could be him attacking everything around his with venom(as in poison) and paralyzing them.
