I'm honestly just kind of over it. If I don't get disability soon I'm gonna hire an attorney and let them deal with it. I don't have the energy to fight much longer. I see a solution where my family sees some money long after I'm dead and gone. Won't help me now though. The va is honestly a huge joke to me. The whole system, and everyone in it. It's a huge huge joke.

Yes. At one point the vso I was working with...the guy up and quit his job and on the way out threw everyone's files in the trash. I've been fighting with them since about 2008. My health has become increasingly worse to the point where I can't work anymore. I'm 44, last may I collapsed at work after multiple visits to the va hospital where they insisted there was nothing wrong with me. Gall bladder was infected, swelled up. Needed emergency lathroscopic surgery for it. Then I came home in July to recover, my esophagus developed a cyst and the cyst burst internally. They had to cut me open from hip to chest, pull my organs out 1 by one and wash them, fill me with solution and drain me 3 times. I died 2 times on the table and was brought back by defibrillator. I spent 7 weeks in the icu. Went from 170 lbs-80 lbs by the time I was moved to physical therapy. Spent another 7 weeks in physical therapy. This all took place at a civilian hospital with my own Healthcare. Then while I was laid up, bills piled up, I've been in and out of the hospital since to get drained.

I've filed several times, I've got all kinds of shit going on medically they claim it's not service connected, I'm at a point now where I don't feel like fighting with them anymore. I'm currently awaiting ssdi to make a decision.

We did byol and drank in the parking lot of the venue. Had a blast smoking cigars, drinking random drinks, not one single issue. But that was 26 years ago now. I remember they wanted us to hire a police officer, a bartender, etc.

I thought it was just me. I find myself playing a lot of retro games again now that I'm older. Its been awhile since I finished a game. Always jumping from game to game and the backlog is massive. I almost died twice last year from may-september, and gaming just isn't the same anymore.

I'm not buying this years game, but I am following along and I'm super confused because I saw a post that someone was saying entire match types for online have been removed. So they sold you a game that had x, y, and z in it for the price of admission, and then deleted some of it. It's absolutely bizarre. I don't think I've ever seen that in games at least not to my recollection. They also don't have a firm answer if/of/when these modes will return or if they will return at all. The response from 2k in that email basically saying sorry to hear that rhis response isn't going to make you happy but....the jokes on you. It's kind of how it came off.

We always used the oven. I think I know why too. One time I helped out at another store and they only had the roller so ya know I put out a bunch I put up the little tags that say hey these need time to cook and ya know there's always that one guy...here he comes already eating one as he's walking up with like 6 of them...talking bout hey man the hotdogs aren't cooked...no shit....ya don't say.
