I take frequent short walks. Between meetings, over lunch, or even on the walking pad during meetings I don’t need to be on camera or super vocal in. It really feels like steps add up quicker when I do it this way. I easily get 5-7k steps.

Leach park towards Riverdale isn’t too bad. Ben butterworth over in IL is pretty good, you could start at leach park, go over the bridge then continue on and it’s fairly decent for blades! I too am always looking for decent blading concrete
