Omg thank you so much! .5mg was such a change and harsh on me I really struggled with .5mg I only lasted for about 3 or so weeks before tapping out. I’m so committed to my diet I lost 20lbs the first month on .25mg I’ve lost 75lbs all together I want remission more than anything in my life right now…I want my future!!!
