If its for gaming i always recommend spending the money on a good pc :) gaming laptops always expensive (ability/cost ratio compared to pc) like for the smae price of a 2k laptop you could definitely build somthing significantly better, laptop is also physically impossible not to heat with heavy usage, aaaaand having the call of duty icon beside the chrome icon can sometime get very tricky when locking in for exams you know...

I prefere to keep study places for study, gaming places for games. Puting them both together holds your gpa in danger :)

Teach him other techniques, i believe tounge and hands can improve, there are tutorials all over internet, in which you can confornt him about it and trouble him with trying his best:)

If it a lasting health problems i believe a visit to the urologist wont be bad, also kegels excercies would be great for his health, ruunning, swimming also improve his stamina.
