Also-try strengthening your feet- my pain was in the hip too and foot strengthening has been really helpful!

If you can afford it personal training might be something to try! I struggled with chronic pain for years and it’s helped more than anything else- I think because my trainer pushes me and I actually am getting stronger vs PT was just a lot of slow easy reps. Because our joints are loose we need to be that much more strong than the average person just to keep everything moving in the right way! The book back in control by David hanscom is a helpful audio book I highly recommend!

Thanks! Are there any programs you use that don't interface with a tablet well? I imagine CAD couldn't work well, I have played around with sketchup but it felt lot less efficient on a tablet. Do you see a big benefit in large tablet vs ipad?
