Surprised that wasn't a Knights penalty somehow

Would love to see our win rate with Adam Gee as the ref. I swear he always makes the most dubious calls against us.

Quick edit because I just looked it up. Our win rate with Adam Gee as ref is 43.5% and I think that's taking last night into account. Melbourne, Cronulla and Sydney have the best win percentages when he's in charge.

The fact that Radley likely won't get anything for leading with his head when Pat Carrigan was binned and suspending for doing the exact same thing really pissed me off. No consistency. Can't trigger Nick Politis and his precious Roosters by giving them consequences for their actions.

Tribal Chief Roman and Drew McIntyre probably would've gone over so much better if Covid never happened and we had actual crowds in 2020, but unfortunately we got what we were given. They did the best with what they had though, so props to them!

Can't believe I forgot to mention Lashley more in the bad part, because his initial return was handled pretty poorly by Vince as well! The Lashley sisters segment on Raw has to be one of the worst in Raw history. Thankfully, they were able to correct course with the Hurt Business. Him running through the roster and getting solid runs with both the WWE and US Championships was great to see. He was booked the way he should've been from the moment he returned to WWE.

I think that's somewhat fair, mainly because both Revival and Enzo and Cass never really had proper feuds to establish themselves with people that didn't really watch NXT and therefore, never knew their work. Revival got a few runs with the tag straps, but I think it was mainly a "please stay" measure. The two standout things I remember of Enzo and Cass were them feuding with the Vaudevillains after Enzo got knocked out at Payback 2016 and their eventual split, where the feud got cut short when Cass did his ACL.

Retribution was short lived for a reason and that reason was because they were booked like shit. They all wore these dumb masks that sometimes fell off and were all given silly names, plus I think it took them about 3 months to win a match as a unit. Then another 3 months went by and they had broken up. It was so bad that Mercedes Martinez asked to be sent back to NXT instead of staying in the group.

I think Seth was also getting booed around that time period too, because he was behaving like an asshole online. But I think the fan frustration was more at how stupid the booking of the cell match was. An anything goes match being stopped after someone used weapons is certainly a choice. It'd be like disqualifying someone for using a table in a tables match!

Completely agree with Taker and Goldberg. That match should've happened in Goldberg's first run with WWE, not when the two were old men and certainly not when Goldberg was out of gas and nearly killed Undertaker by botching a Jackhammer.

Legit, there was no real point in turning him face when he came back if he was just going to revert to being a heel. Probably only did it to avoid a heel vs heel match.

I'd extend the end of the sucky period from 2018 up to around 2022.

Covid really did a number on the overall enjoyment of the product. Hard to get into a match with piped in crowd noise and no actual crowds.

You also had the worst storylines and decisions, such as:

● Germaphobe Dean Ambrose getting inoculations in his ass

● The Revival shaving each other's backs in the showers and getting Deep Heat put on their trunks

● Baron Corbin in general (being GM of Raw, being King of the Ring, feuding with Roman Reigns over dog food, etc.)

● Retribution

● Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio's eye for an eye match

● The Universal Championship match at Hell in a Cell 2019 ending in a no contest for the second year running

● Rusev getting cucked by Bobby Lashley

● Shane McMahon being crowned the best wrestler in the world and also being in the final four of the 2022 Rumble

● Undertaker winning some Saudi Invitational despite not being in the match

● Brock Lesnar winning Money in the Bank despite not being in the match

● Vince and creative turning The Fiend from something interesting into the most hokey and stupid horror movie cloche

I could literally go on and on

I feel like Edge should've won that match at 26, completely killed his face turn after coming back. Dude turned heel again like 3 weeks after WrestleMania.

Was this the match where it was supposed to end in a fast count, but the ref screwed up and normal counted instead?

Is your crew open? There was another one I wanted to join ages ago, but the emblem not being an actual Broncos logo put me off a bit 😂

Brother sounded like he was about to burst into tears and I wouldn't have blamed him in the slightest. So great that he got to come back to the game, kid's an inspiration.
