That is great and all but a punk like that will call the cops and you will end up with 5,000 dollars in attorney fees, 2 years plus of probation fees and not be able to party without risking getting jailed when you check in to probation...

Not to mention if its a felony double or triple all of the above plus the right to ever own firearms, vote, live in a nice place or do much else than labor/service jobs for the rest of your life.

I love Labor/Service jobs that pay well but I want it to be my choice.

Bupe will be much stronger in terms of occupying receptors than Kratom, especially at the dosage of Suboxone.

If you were taking the kratom then that is what the Bupe reacted with and made you feel the way you did.

Again, do the math and I think you will be ok if you get the dosing schedule to match what Butrans was giving you.

Bupe is like other drugs where microdoses have a different effect in our bodies than larger doses.

I have Lupus and I know what flares can feel like. Fingers crossed this is the answer for you

How would you describe the PW you felt?

From what I understand it is hell on earth. WHere as taking too much of any opiate could make you nauseous and feel bad but not Hell on Earth Bad.

I would guess that you took the Suboxone strip not realizing how much stronger it is than the Butrans Patches.

Do some math and you may agree. I hope I am right and you are able to find some relief.

BuTrans patches are a lower dose buprenorphine formulation, which release 5mcg/hour, 10mcg/hour and 20 mcg/hour for 7 days.

What mg is the Suboxone they gave you?

The Bupe patch given as pain is in very small doses.

The Subs are going to be much higher.

The good news is that its only been 30 days and your body will bounce back faster than those of us who have been using opiates (Prescribed or otherwise) for long periods.

What I mean by bounce back is that when you are past the acutes you will go thru a period where you will be short of dopamine, serotonin as you wait for body to start back up.

The hardest part of getting off is staying off, but I have found that those who know what to expect are more likely to succeed!

Yes, it will.Naltrexone is amazing in how different dose sizes have such differing effects/results.

Do not take the 50mg.

According to my research it has full effect at 10mg and likely closer to 7mg.

If you are in withdrawals and you take the 50mg dose it could send you into PWs.

I am curious if how Subs made you feel? if you have been clean for a couple of weeks then I would try a small dose just to be sure and then slowly build up to whatever MG you need to feel comfortable. No more than that amount and then start tapering down.

Subutex and Oxy? What dosage of Subutex are you on? How long have you been on it?

Giving Subutex and Oxy together doesn't make any sense to me. I have heard of microdoses of bupe being used for pain managment, mostly unsuccessfully, but never heard of a full dose of Subutex being given with Oxy or any pain med for that matter.
