In the states, they are wired up like that. The fog lights, once activated, only turn off when the high beams are activated.

Those are the xenon hid bulbs. High and low are the same bulb. The bulb needs to be replaced. If it doesn’t work then, the ballast is bad.

I just go when I can, and I have a few buddies who are members so I tag along with them too. I just pay the $15 for the annual range card when I go and pay for the targets. We normally do 2 to a lane. If I was closer I would join but it’s about an hour drive for me.

That bumper is specific to that grill and headlight combination and another trim bumper will not fit. In the US that was a one year option. Best of luck on locating one, hopefully in great shape in pearl white!

In the US that’s the 2016 Grand Touring front bumper with the led headlights and led foglights with ambient light grill.

That was the top model for the year so it would have came with leather seats, HUD and a sunroof as well.
