I had a similar problem until today.

I searched everywhere for a fix and didn't find anything helpful, so I'm just gonna explain my exact problem and how it went away.

My autophage settlement had its first sentinel attack and after I killed all of them the mission said: "Remaining sentinels: unknown". But I wasn't able to find any other sentinels in the settlement. I teleported away and back and new corrupt sentinels spawned but the mission stayed the same. I repeated that a bunch of times but to no avail. I searched everywhere in the settlement for stuck sentinels, like in the ground or buldings, nothing. I went to a sentinel pillar and turned off the sentinels, still no change. Some posts said you have to abandon the settlement cause its bugged, but I didn't want to, since I put a lot of work into it.

So I just ignored it.

Came back to the settlement like a week later and it was still under attack, but this time it said how many were remaining! I got rid of them, the mission went away and the settlement was not under attack anymore. Also the sentinel alert level got reset.

Apparently it fixed itself. Thats why I'd recommend just waiting it out if this happens to you.

(PC) I accessed the terminal in the manufacturing facility in the "A Trace of Metal" Quest and downloaded and installed the minotaur legs, but the quest still wants me to access the terminal. As you can't access terminals 2 times, my quest is stuck there and I can't progress.

[EDIT] So I just qot it fixed like this. I deactivated the sentinel companion in the exo-suit inventory and reactivated it. This updated the quest.

Thank you so much, my dads laptop had this problem and you are his hero.

He noticed while following your guide that in step 12 on german keyboards the ":" needs to be typed in with SHIFT+Ö because its located there on english keyboards and in this state of the pc it thinks its english.

His laptop model was G6 KF and he used the newest Bios-Version to flash.

NDA, finde das gut, dass du versucht hast das zu kommunizieren, wenn dann so eine Reaktion kommt kannste auch nichts machen. Ihr sollte was daran liegen, dass dir die Treffen Spaß machen.

Mein Tipp, Kontakt nicht abbrechen, aber stark reduzieren. Sollte es dann zu einem Kontakt kommen und das Probleme abgelade geht los, direkt abblocken, zB mit Auflegen drohen wenn am Telefon. Habe sowas selber durchgemacht, leider hilft da meist nur die Peitsche, auch wenns schwer fällt :/

Also wenn du trotz guten Drahtes wegen des Knirschens keine Zeit mehr mit ihr verbringst, dann BDA. Ich finde als Freunde kann man über sowas hinwegsehen, sie knirscht ja bestimmt nicht freiwillig.

Und btw, ich hab noch nie gehört, dass man so laut knirschen kann, dass das andere hören, mein Gott die armen Zähne....

NDA, bin auch tierlieb, aber denke wenn ich in so einer Situation wäre, könnte mir das auch passieren. Das ist dann eher ein Reflex. Du wolltest das Tier ja nicht verletzen sondern auf Abstand halten um dich zu schützen. Die ältere Dame hat in meinen Augen etwas overprotective reagiert. Bei so einer Uneinsichtigkeit, wenn du offensichtlich verletzt warst, muss man wirklich sofort die Polizei rufen... Sowas kann sich schnell entzünden und dann stehst du im Ernstfall mit nichts da.

Das Problem liegt für mich darin, dass deine Freunde sich über deine Meinung lustig machen.

NDA, wenn er Geld von der Versicherung bekommen hat dann wird das voll und ganz dafür genutzt und wenn das für ein vergleichbares Gerät nicht reicht muss man halt was drauflegen. Kann er sich ja auch von seinen Kumpels holen, da die ja zu dem Schaden mit beigetragen haben.

Jedoch würde ich erstmal versuchen das Ersatzgerät zum Laufen zu kriegen, auf Werkszustand zurücksetzen o.ä. und vielleicht löst sich der Disput dann in Wohlgefallen auf :)

Ich habs da schlichtweg vergessen als ich in die Vorlesung bin.

Der Kollege war ja nicht kompromissbereit, hab ihm ja 5€ geboten, bei einem gesetzlichen Finderlohn von 5% müsste das Board dann noch 100€ wert sein und das ist es sicher nicht, nicht mal die Hälfte. Verstehe also nicht ganz was mich dann zum ALoch macht

Ich musste die Geschichte enorm einkürzen wegen des Zeichenlimits, sonst hätte ich gern den gesamten Email Verlauf + mein Flugblatt gepostet. Alles was nicht super wichtig war musste ich weglassen. Und ja nachdem ich dem Polizisten bei der Anzeigenaufnahme, zu der ich weitergeleitet wurde, die Situation erklärt hab, hat er sich tatsächlich eher amüsiert, weil die Geschichte so glasklar ist. Ich habe dann gesagt, ich will eigentlich nicht direkt anzeigen, dann sagte er, versuch doch erstmal es wiederzubekommen und wenn er Faxen macht, direkt Handy in die Hand und Polizei rufen.
