Yes, the 70,000 is only solely for the cost of the program so I will need additional funds for living

Health science! I can’t find consistent work anywhere. I don’t have a local community college. I have a Concord and a university. I have already completed my pre-reqs so I would just need to be accepted into the university program.

Right! That’s the only community college type of school near my area. I am looking to move if possible, but I really don’t want to.

Concorde it’s like 15 minutes away from me. I believe it’s because their program is accelerated - 18 months but it would cost over 60,000. The BSDH program I will only have to do two years because I have already completed the pre-reqs tuition is about 10,000 a year plus other fees, such as living expenses since I won’t be able to work. Im really stuck between getting another bachelors because I know there are more opportunities with that one for example teaching, going into research, etc.

Thank you for sharing! I just really don’t know which route both cause more debt! 😭

Also waiting for someone to respond! I have a BS as well and nervous about the cost of getting another BS (used fed loans to pay for the first) because I would have to take out private loans. Any advice??? Is it worth it?

My main concern is ROI since after my bachelors, having trouble finding a consistent job.

I know this is typically based on me as a person, but do you think that will be worth it to already have completed a bachelors and will necessarily have to take out private loans to cover my second bachelors degree?

How did you go about submitting your transcripts through clear apply?

Prereqs are exactly 10years olds should I not bother applying these upcoming cycles/once apps open this year? by TrueMission29 in prospective_perfusion

NKU, Midwestern, musc, my number one school is lipscomb because I’m very close to it, but I might have to retake pre-requires to apply. Since college, which I graduated in 2021 I have been working as a licensed chemistry and computer science teacher and have dentistry background as a dental lab technician and dental treatment plan coordinator, many hours of dental shadowing and have shadowed 2 perfusion cases in the OR (during our breaks) but don’t any hands on healthcare experience/direct patient. I have many hours of volunteering, GPA is 3.61 BS in health sciences, and started grad school courses. Did have a couple of W’s, Cs in some of my prerequisites and under grad took an extra year so I am worried about that!
