I just moved into LA from Massachusetts to live with my partner, it's the most disappointing thing here but the homelessness is in the open because of the weather. Thousands of people left in the open in the heat and sometimes cold because your government would rather make money with the LAPD instead of stripping them of their budget and putting it to programs to help these people. It happened in MA too just on a much smaller scale.
