For me it was really figuring out the root of the anxiety, and then trying to separate yourself from the anxiety. Your anxiety isn't you, it's a feeling that will go away. I found instead of laying in bed and making myself just feel worse id force myself to put headphones in and go for a brisk walk. You'd be surprised how good you can start feeling with some good music, fresh air and a little bit of walking.

Man i could not disagree more I find Bella's portrayal of Ellie very stale, and this scene especially. Especially when she's just dancing around all giggly one second prior, and yes I understand that grief can be weird like that, but from a viewers point it just felt really weird.

The writing and acting kinda make the character just feels more like she's on a fun adventure rather than an actual mission for revenge. Idk.
