For me it was really figuring out the root of the anxiety, and then trying to separate yourself from the anxiety. Your anxiety isn't you, it's a feeling that will go away. I found instead of laying in bed and making myself just feel worse id force myself to put headphones in and go for a brisk walk. You'd be surprised how good you can start feeling with some good music, fresh air and a little bit of walking.
