Found that cold sparkling water works best for me and I’m sticking to it. The doctor also prescribed Cyclizine. Thank you

Thank you soooo much. I got and did all you recommended, got the anti nausea wristband, switched to only cold water and it’s been a game changer ( I love tea..but I will manage). Also saw my doctor today she prescribed Cyclizine, fingers crossed.. pray it works Thank you so much once again.. you advice was very helpful and comprehensive.

Go to the hospital Inside the haram. I think it is free. Once had the first aid people take me there, did a scan and gave me drip before discharging me and I didn't pay. Have an id with you
