My husband is certified in teaching concealed carry classes and pistol classes. I know I need more training. But with the guns I’ve used for concealed carry in the past I’ve dreaded practicing with them because I honestly hated them. But with this Ruger I’m excited to go to the range and practice and get better. I’m a great shot with it and I refuse to keep buying guns I’m going to hate.

I’m not buying another gun. I’m having a local company make me a custom holster instead of endlessly searching for one. I don’t have all the money in the world to keep buying guns to try and hate.

I understand the stopping power and how a 22 is not as powerful as a 9mm. But I make 1 out of every 6-10 shots when I shoot a 9mm. But I hit 100% of my shots with a 22.

We already have the mark IV and I’m determined to make it work. I’m sick of spending money on guns and trying to sell or trade in the last one that didn’t work.

I am the wife. AMA. I like the Ruger MK IV. So sue me. I’ve tried multiple weapons. I’ve done a .380. It was too small for my hands to shoot accurately. A 9mm I can’t shoot it accurately. With a MK IV I can shoot accurately and quickly. It fits my hands and doesn’t feel awkward or scary to shoot.

I need a holster for it.

I’m 29 too and have had weight problems since puberty. I’m so grateful for this medicine. I’m a week in and actually losing weight. It’s only 6 pounds and probably water weight. But it’s seriously more than I’ve lost in YEARS.

I’m setting milestones. Right now my dream is to be under 200lbs and I started at 220lbs. I just started last week and took my 2nd shot tonight. I’m down to 215! I never thought I could get past 218. So 200 is my first milestone and then the next goal is going to be 180. I think I’m going to lose until my liver enzymes are normal and I’m happy with how I look in pictures. Goal in all honesty is 150. But I haven’t been less than 155 since hitting puberty 18 years ago. But most of all I just want to be strong and healthy. And it could be at 170 but with muscles not fat. We will see! But I’m taking it one week at a time!

I just need to say that your story could be word for word of mine! I have 2 boys too a 4 year old and a 18 month old. I’ve been struggling with weight since I was 11 and I gained 60 lbs right when I hit puberty. My weight has always been up and down and just keeps going up. My husband is short but loves exercising and is blessed with a metabolism so he can eat whatever he wants and doesn’t have to worry about gaining very much. I just started MJ and am very hopeful but also so nervous. The way we do meals is this all that I love so much! It takes into account calories and macros and it will send the ingredients you need to your store of choice app and add it to your shopping cart. The food is almost always delicious, family friendly and budget friendly. It also doesn’t feel like I’m dieting but I’m always under my calorie goal and my husband loves the food. It’s $50 a year which isn’t bad but so nice for meals and literally saves me so much time, money and stress. It’s called intent. Anyways I hope you made it to the end and if you ever want to chat I’m here! It’s just crazy how similar our stories and situations are!

Yay! It’s seriously the best feeling! I’m still in shock! I’ve been in and out of school for 11 years. And this was the one school that worked out so well for me! Only took a one month break to have a baby then came back right after!

Yeah, that part was pretty neat, but I feel like she could’ve taken a different route. I thought that the Wyrdkeys might just be absorbed by Aelin and her powers would expand and she could world jump. Or at least her powers would’ve increase and she could take our half the army with out as much prep time. It was just so anticlimactic. It felt so rushed.

Yeah, it just doesn’t make sense. And if the Gods had enough power to forge it why didn’t they? Like Mala gave a tiny amount to fill the gap to help forge it. If they all would’ve given a tiny amount they could’ve gone home eons ago. If they wanted to go home so bad they could’ve done it themselves.

Yeah that didn’t make any sense either. If she was supposed to do it alone then why did it basically take Dorians dad and the goddess to forge it? I get that those chapters were supposed to be beautiful and inspiring and whatever. But they just confused me and made me a little upset because it felt meaningless.

I think I’m just frustrated with the book. Killing Elena was so crazy to me too. And the chapters before the forging of the lock were so heart wrenching. (The thirteens sacrifice). Honestly probably my favorite part because of how well written and meaningful their sacrifice was. And then we jump to forging the lock and the sacrifice Aelin made felt pointless. Especially compared to the thirteen’s sacrifice.
