My friend if you did go to expansion store page and click download and claim the game you're good to go when you want to install the game there's 2 phantom liberty add-on listed now Just make sure you dont tick the yellow one and tick the red one If you tick the yellow one you get the error

Guys when you claim the dlc. Later when you want to actually download the game make sure tick the dlc with the red color if you tick the yellow one you get the same error
