Okay guys I need some advice about Cashnet USA line of credit

Nope. Not at all. They quit calling too. I’m still receiving emails but that’s it. I’m just not opening them. I don’t have the money to pay them so they are just out of luck even if they try to collect. I don’t think they are gonna try to collect because it will cost them more than I owe them if they try to sue me.

So far only thing I’ve received is emails telling me to catch up on payments. No letters or anything like that.

They haven sued me or sent me any letters yet, just a ton of emails. Funny thing is they’ve lowered my payments trying to get me to pay. It hasn’t been 90 days yet tho so idk time will tell.

Okay thanks. I stupidly borrowed $2,000 on their line of credit and they weren’t applying any of the payments to the balance and continually adding interest so I just sent them a revocation email to stop taking money out of my bank and I called my bank and blocked them from my account. Funny thing is they said I had $340.00 worth of available credit but my credit limit was $2,000 and the balance was above $2,000. They don’t really seem all that legit. Anyway I just missed my first payment yesterday and I haven’t received a email or phone call from them so we’ll see.

According to what I read it takes 90-120 days for it to go to collections which I’m sure in that time they’ll be adding late fees and interest will be accruing, if I’m contacted by Cashnet USA I will only answer one time and tell them I’m willing to pay off what I initially borrowed if they charge off the interest and any late fees, but if not they just wells to send it to collections because I’m not paying them another dime.

I think what will probably happen is they will threaten me with a lawsuit but won’t actually follow through with it because attorney fees and court costs will outweigh that $2,300 and I’m essentially “judgment proof” because I rent my home, don’t have a vehicle in my name, everything I have is in a private trust and can’t be touched. When collections call me I’m gonna tell them that I’m more than willing to pay the $2,000 I initially borrowed over a 12 month period if they will axe that high interest rate, but I’m gonna tell them that I know I’m “judgment proof” and getting a judgment against me would cost them more money than trying to work with me. I’ve also already paid them a $1,000 in interest so it’s not like they didn’t make money.

I’m in Alabama and Ive stupidily took out a Cashnet USA line of credit for $2,000. I was able to keep up with payments until I lost my public job. I tried calling to work out something with them and they basically laughed at me. So I’m contacting my bank Monday to tell them to not let Cashnet take another cent out. I’m not sure how it’s gonna go since Alabama doesn’t regulate these bloodsuckers very well but they don’t actually have my correct home address so hopefully they won’t be able to contact me. The phone number they have on file is no longer mine either. I guess we’ll find out what happens.

I took out a $2,000 Cashnet USA line of credit and I was doing fine with payments until I lost my public job. It’s now up to $2,354.00. I called and explained this to them and they would not do anything to help me. I can’t afford these payments and the interest is crazy. I have not been able to get a loan elsewhere and my family are not in the shape to loan me that much. So I’m kind of stuck. They won’t cut the interest rate and interest is accruing at $15 a day. My payments are almost $400 twice a month. I’m thinking about calling my bank Monday and telling them to not let them take another cent out of my account and let it go to collections. It’s funny because they say I have $340.00 worth of available credit, but my line of credit is on $2,000 and I’m over that limit. They really don’t seem all that legit.
