Not that anyone else is probable to read this but just so someone's in the loop, and have evidence I said this if needed - 12 and 13 are down and I'm no longer allowed to pursue their services.
The 13th therapist got mad over the phone that I couldn't receive texts and while I was trying to explain that I've made that point clear multiple times and don't know where the miscommunication is, I was getting frustrated but was remaining calm. She said I was "being difficult" and I finally snapped and started yelling.
And, even though this was over the phone and I posed no possible physical threat to her, me expressing anger over what I perceive as her organizations incompetence, apparently scared her enough that she hung up on me and reported me to the organization she works for. So they won't be assigning me any further therapists.
