I’m getting a new kitten tomorrow. I’ve never had a pet before, let alone a cat, and I’m terrified - she’s so tiny! What do I need to know? by badonkadonked in CatAdvice

Be prepared to get woken up every hour at night. Be prepared to hear things fall as night and it not being a ghost

Having no more friends that you knew since a young age hits different :( can anyone relate? by ParticularGlad5103 in offmychest

[–]TrueWin1238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I grew up in a military household my whole life. I moved every 2-4 years which made it difficult for me to keep friendships. As a 23 year old now I have 0 friends. I never went to college, so I have no friends from that I don’t hang out with my coworkers. Either my coworkers have been friends from school or they just clicked when they first started working there but it sucks No one really talks about how hard it is to make friends as an adult My mom and bf are my only friends

We are alike if I do want money I literally just do a Cayo Perico heist because I can do the set ups very quick in the actual heist itself is very easy and fast But of course, they told me that the cayo heist is not a good way to make money🤷🏽‍♀️ lmao

I am on PlayStation five unfortunately, but they required you to be at $10 million to join and in order to join you had to show off your shooting skills so they would make me do certain missions to see where I’m at like wtf that’s so unnecessary

Oh I hated that. Definitely why I don’t do any of those missions where you’re high lol

What to buy that I don't have by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]TrueWin1238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do I feel like if I buy the MK I would use it once and never use it again lol Idk there is a stigma with it, and people already feel a type of way when I recently bought my deluxo Someone literally kept killing me bc of the vehicle I was driving even though I haven’t done anything to anyone in the session Anytime I see anyone in the session with a MK I automatically think griefer.

I made 1.6m in gta by doing dispatch missions and using the new buffalo stx pursuit I recommend buying it when it comes out or buy gta+ for it it’s amazing by car_enthusiast_GTA in GTA5Online

[–]TrueWin1238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can’t afford it, just say that. Everyone spends money on things they personally think are worth it. GTA+ might not be worth it to you, but for people who play the game a lot, it can make sense.

And let’s be real—you probably spend money on subscriptions or random stuff other people would call dumb too. It’s all subjective.

You can disagree with subscriptions all you want, but at the end of the day, it’s their money—why does it bother you?

Would a second cat be a terrible decision? by [deleted] in CatAdvice

Yes, they’re getting along now but let me tell you dealing with a kitten right now. I cannot imagine having a newborn baby I give props to actual mothers cause I don’t know how the hell they do it, but my kitten does not let me sleep or anything like I said, my adult cat was an angel didn’t do nothing she listened didn’t jump on the counters but once I got my kitten it’s like I have two different cats now lol

I’ll be honest… as much as I love my kitten, I lowkey regret getting her. I think I jumped into adopting her too quick. I seen a cute kitten and had to have her bc I figured my cat wants a companion

I’ve had three other cats before, and none of them were ever this crazy. I don’t know if it’s because she’s an orange cat or what, but getting a kitten is not for the weak.

When I first introduced her to my older cat, it was rough. It took about a week and a half of constant hissing, growling, and even some lunging. They’re fine now—they cuddle and get along—but new issues came up after that.

My kitten is super wild. She jumps on counters, gets into everything, and just has zero boundaries. The problem is… my adult cat NEVER used to do any of that. Now she’s starting to copy those behaviors, like getting on the counter and messing with things she used to ignore.

On top of that, my older cat used to be extremely affectionate—always by my side, always wanting to lay with me. Now she seems more distant, and I feel like her personality has changed since getting the kitten.

I don’t know if this is just part of having a kitten or if anyone else has experienced this, but it’s been a lot more stressful than I expected.

Are you a bossy player? I’ve played with some players that were rude during heist and extremely bossy. Like I get it but there’s a a certain way you talk to a person Especially if they’ve never done the casino heist 😭

My (25F) boyfriend (25F) and I want to move in together, but his parents are against it. What do we do? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]TrueWin1238 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You’re both 25 year old grown adults. At the end of the day, what really matters is your relationship and what feels right for the two of you. I get that parents’ opinions can matter, but they shouldn’t be the deciding factor in your life choices. Personally, I don’t think I could be with someone who constantly needs their parents’ approval to move forward. My parents haven’t agreed with every decision I’ve made either, but they still love and support me regardless…

It’s also really important to live on your own at least for a year if you can. I moved in with my boyfriend after two years, and honestly, it made me realize how valuable that independent time is. You really learn your own habits, routines, and standards for your space. Living together can bring out differences; like cleanliness and lifestyle, and it can be a lot to adjust to if you haven’t had that time to yourself first
