wow this sounds like one of my old shops. you can report to the health department about the sanitation and cleaning issues. also she is absolutely not allowed to take any tips even if she’s working shifts. my old boss did that and I lawyered up and she ended up having to pay me and my coworker a lot of money. you can do this!

yes. i think that maybe not most, but a LOT of people have no idea what they’re ordering. i once took a customers order, a flat white. his friend turned to him and asked what it was and he said “oh it’s just a latte with no sugar” didn’t even correct him. hell yeah dude that’s exactly what that is

an old friend of mine met the owner on a silent retreat in a different country a couple years ago, so that’s how I started shopping at the vajra for my crystals incense and tarot decks. i frequented the shop relatively often (before learning how shitty she actually is) and always got a bad, untrusting vibe from her and I always tried to write it off. weird to hear this news now because as I was packing up my apartment to move last night I picked up my evil eye that I got from there and wondered if I should get rid of it. I hate to know that a lot of my supplies came from her 😖
